About Me: "Multi-tasking" is an integral part of my persona. I don't feel like I'm over-stretched, but I've been told I can appear to be in more than one place at once. Over the summer I read The Language Instinct: How the Mind Creates Language by Steven Pinker. I spoke with my mentor on the phone about my educational goals and began writing about experiences I hope to gain College credit for. I attended a workshop on active listening during an early July lunch-break. I have been studying the American Association for Laboratory Animal Science (AALAS) training manual for a work related certification. And I facilitated two computer literacy workshops. I have also edited video and uploaded several clips to YouTube as well as continued to assist in the production of a weekly live television show.
